The Laclede County R-1 School District in Conway is seeking a Head Cheer Coach for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for a passionate, energetic leader who is committed to building a strong cheer program rooted in school pride, character, and positive leadership. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to developing student-athletes both on and off the mat, promoting teamwork, school spirit, and a positive culture while serving as a strong role model within the school and community.
