The Laclede County R-1 School District in Conway, MO, is seeking a Head Girls Volleyball Coach for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for a passionate, driven leader who is committed to building a competitive and sustainable volleyball program grounded in strong school values. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to developing student-athletes both on and off the court, fostering teamwork, character, and a positive culture within the program and the school community.

 

Position Details & Benefits:

• A teaching position will likely be attached

• Four-day school week (Fridays off)

• District contributes $540 toward employee health insurance

• Participation in the $40,000 minimum teacher salary grant
